- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vittorio Gourmet Espresso Cyprus. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
- You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

- Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product(s) to us.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds
We don’t have payment method on our website but if we will add in the future we will follow the follow below steps:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
- We will arrange for the replacement or refund of the affected items as quickly as possible.
Subscription Orders
- For subscription orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service team.
- Refunds for subscription orders will be prorated based on the number of shipments remaining in your subscription term.
